We know building, renovating, or fitting out a commercial space is a big step — and it’s natural to have questions. Below, we’ve answered some of the things we get asked most often. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, just reach out — we’re always happy to help.

At Access Property we focus on the Greater Hobart region.

Access Property insurance is for $20,000,000 and we will discuss with you your site specific requirements as appropriate.

Each project has its own specific needs (or should I say council delay triggers 🤫) so we tailor our responses to suit. However, if constraints exist that require attention, we will discuss that with you and look for ways to resolve them.

Helping with council approvals and permits is possible and we have assisted on numerous occasions, however we typically find that the architect is better positioned to do this.

Apart from our wealth of experience, numerous awards and longevity in the industry combined with a good reputation, we care about the process as well as the end result.
